Sweatbox started in 2020 as a grassroots fitness project when the world stood still — and grew into one of Lagos' most loved gym communities.
We're big on strength, especially for women. Our founder is a certified Strength & Conditioning coach on a mission to put more women under the barbell — and our classes, competitions and community reflect that.
